The top forty corporations have invested around $6 billion in blockchain startups from September 2021 to June 2022.
Since some investments involve multiple consortiums, it is unclear how much each consortium has invested in a particular project.
Of these 40 corporations, Samsung invested in 13 companies, Citigroup made six investments and Goldman Sachs invested in 5 companies.
The largest funding rounds include Alphabet (US$1,5 million in four rounds), BlackRock (US$1,2 million in three rounds), Morgan Stanley ($1,1 million in two rounds), Samsung ($979 million in 13 rounds), Goldman Sachs ($698 million in five rounds), BNY Mellon ($690 million in three rounds) and PayPal ($650 million in four rounds).
A total of 61 blockchain companies operating in more than 20 industries have received funds in 71 rounds of funding.
Of these, 19 companies offer NFTs in the gaming, art, entertainment, and distributed ledger technology industries.
Like other Blockchain companies, Stretch-To-Earn has attracted hundreds of different investment funds thanks to the credibility and clear roadmap of the project.
